GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICE:
1) All the rates quoted are, net to the agent & non-commissionable.
2) Rates are applicable on dates specified on rate tables.
3) Group size 16 - 20 pax depending on the hotels.
4) Every 16 -20 paying pax, one pax in shared twin room free of charge (depending on the hotel) on accommodation basis only.
5) Children 2 - 12 years of age are granted 50% reduction on accommodation only when sharing a twin room with two adults. Limit 2 children per room in some hotels, others only one child. There is no child reduction on meals.
6) Transfers after midnight o 07:00 a.m., please add USD 3 per person.

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
A) All reservations must be made in writing by fax or E-mail to our operation office in Fethiye. Please specify the following in your requests:
1) Name & Code of tour& transfers requested.
2) Name, category & city of the hotel requested.
3) Number of rooms: single, twin, triple.
4) Type of accommodation: bed only, BB, HB or FB.
5) Number of nights required in each city.
6) Nationality of the clients and number of pax in each group.
7) Number of children accompanying each family and the ages of the children.
8) Arrival and departure dates with the flight details if available.

B) A written initial confirmation will be sent to you after all services are confirmed or status will be advised as alternatives.

C) Rooming list to be received 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
A deposit of 25 % of the total package cost is required upon confirmation. This must be made as a transfer to reach us for groups 6 weeks & for F.I.T. 3 weeks prior to arrival date. Remaining balance in full must be received in our bank not later then 10 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION FEES:
1 - All cancellations must be in writing.
2 - In the event of cancellation : for groups 35 days & for F.I.T. 4 days prior to arrival date, administration fees of USD 5 per person per each city will be effected.
3 - In case of no-show or cancellation for groups 30 day & F.I.T. 72 hours prior to arrival date : one night hotel accommodation cost, arrival transfer if any & administration fees of USD 5 per person per each city will be effected & not refunded. There will be no refund for unused services.

PRICES GIVEN :
The prices include the planning & operational cost. The prices are subject to change with or without prior notification. We may not be able to guarantee the given prices in the event of any changes in the rates made by suppliers, contractors & other factors over which we have no control.

DOCUMENTATION :
The passenger must possess a valid passport at the time of entry to Turkey also a visa stamped by the Turkish Consulate in the country of origin or residence if it is required by law.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Alaaddin Tourism Travel Agency) and / or associated companies are not responsible for accidents, loss, delays & expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, force majeur, failure of means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled. Sunrise International Tourism & Trade Co. Ltd. (Alaaddin Tourism Travel Agency) acts only as agent for the suppliers & contractors providing accommodation, transportation and / or other related services & assumes no responsibility for personal or property loss or damage in connection with any service. All coupons receipts & tickets issued are subject to terms & conditions by the suppliers. Baggage & personal effects are always the passenger's responsibility.
